You can't lead a high-performing team with a low-functioning mindset.

In the MINDSET Framework, leadership coach Sally Allen delivers a powerful, science-backed guide to rewiring your thoughts, reclaiming your clarity, and leading with unshakable resilience. This isn't another "think positive" book filled with fluff. It's a practical toolkit rooted in neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and real-life transformation.
Through her signature M.I.N.D.S.E.T. method, Sally equips you with actionable strategies to pause under pressure, identify mental triggers, reframe setbacks, and lead yourself (and others) with intentionality and courage. Her deeply personal story–from trauma survivor to sought-after leadership coach–sets the tone for a refreshingly honest take on what mindset work really looks like.
Whether you're an executive, entrepreneur, or emerging leader, this book gives you the tools to shift from burnout to balance, confusion to clarity, and reaction to response. If you're ready to cultivate a mindset that empowers both your leadership and your life, The MINDSET Framework is your step-by-step map forward.
The journey to Triumph Over Failure and Fear starts with defining who you are and discovering the power of resiliency.

Sally Allen was born in Guyana, South America, and migrated to the United States in 1993. She began writing her debut non-fiction book after she started to believe that her story was not "normal."
Her passion for volunteering and advocating for women and children has taken her to Peru, Ireland, Mexico, Poland, and Cambodia worldwide.
Born into a toxic environment, forced into an arranged marriage, and subjected to sexual abuse, Sally was trapped in a perpetual state of fear and insecurity.
The most challenging part of the bondage in her mind was not realizing it wasn't normal. For a long time, Sally allowed her circumstances to define who she was until she discovered the power of resilience.
Living a life of resilience provided the paradigm shift from victim to survivor, from a lack of self-esteem to boldness and bravery, and from fearing people to having faith in God.
Sally resides in Nevada with her husband and three dogs and is a mother to an adult son. When she isn't volunteering, she dedicates most of her time to traveling, reading, cooking, biking, and hiking.
